The event that took  place in Downtown Miami at Club Mekka, started promptly at 4pm and everything was just extreme awesomeness after that. NO KIDDING!!

DJ Jasmine Solano did her thing. That’s right a female was in charge of keeping the room hype between acts and she did an incredible job. The crowd was live and because it was underground artist event, everything felt more personal. Think of a bunch of intellectual hip-hop heads in one room. Open acts were Skeme, Skotch Davis, Lavish and 7 figure Ent. artist, and they definitely knew how to hype up the crowd. Although, many of their songs were not known by the crowd it didn’t even matter, the crowd was definitely feeling it. When Dom Kennedy came on stage his presence was like no other. He performed the well known “Watermelon Sundae” as well as my personal favorite “1997″. He was constantly interacting with the crowd and of course he had the ladies smiling. If Dom Kennedy had the ladies smiling Pac-Div finished the job. A young lady even made herself on stage and danced through out the whole performance. You have to love underground events the artist are less arrogant. Pac-Div had the crowd bumping with “Shut-Up” right until they dissed Miami Heat. Wrong City!
Pac-Div, but it was all good no offense taken. We’ll let the games talk for themselves. Dom-Kennedy and Pac-Div were both signing autographs in the VIP section as well as doing met and greets. Overall, it was a great event and it was well worth being there. So, for those who weren’t there by choice…. “Get Wit It”
