Beyonce came out last night to support her hubby, Jay-Z who was performing the first of two shows at Carnegie Hall. Making her first public appearance since giving birth to baby Blue Ivy Carter, She positively sizzled in a gorgeous, low-cut red dress and wowed with her incredible figure. Mrs. Carter looks like she’s well on her way to losing every last ounce of that baby weight.
