Update on 50 cent’s health
**UPDATE** 50 Cent traveled to London on business and while there he ate some Jamaican food and an apple. On the way to the airport he fell ill and couldn’t keep his food down. He drank some water afterwards and headed to the airport to catch his flight. On the plane he ate a meal without incident. After landing at JFK he headed straight to his office, stopping along the way to grab a burger and some fries, which after eating made him ill again.... Read More

50 Cent tweeted a few pictures of him in a hospital bed but didn’t mentinn the reason of his stay. Instead deflected the reason for his medical attention, saying: ‘I’m in the hospital but my gangsta grillz ‘LOST TAPE’ is done so it will be out on time.’ The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ actor was referring to the upcoming release of EP The Lost Tape, due for release next Tuesday.
