16 and Pregnant…and running a drug den on an airforce base?

In a sad turn that you might call Breaking [The Record For] Bad [Decisions], the AP reports that 2 alums of MTV’s reality hit 16 and Pregnant have been arrested in Arkansas for drug possession, maintaing a drug premises, and child endangerment.  Joshua Rendon and Ebony Jackson-Rendon, you are 19 and screwed.

The couple’s 2-year-old daughter—who, like the international loathing of New Jersey, was born on MTV—has been removed to state custody.  Police say they found drug parephrenalia and a house in “deplorable condition,” filled with human feces, animal waste, and maggots.

Oh yeah and all that drama?  Happened on an Air Force base.  Rendon is an enlisted serviceman.

A mother was filmed apparently blowing marijuana smoke into her baby’s mouth to get her to stop crying.
Jessica Callaway, 21, has been charged with child abuse and is also accused of beating her 10-month-old daughter because she would not stop crying and threatening to kick her in the mouth.
Callaway told police she carried out the alleged abuse because she was having a ‘bad day’ and had trouble picking an outfit to wear for a night out

The alleged abuse was secretly filmed by her flatmate on her cell phone and handed to police in Gilbert, Arizona.

Callaway told police she had been getting ready for a night out and her baby was crying while lying on floor.

On video Callaway is seen walking into the room and immediately picking the baby up by her leg and spanking her.

She then told the baby ‘shut the f*** up before I kick you in the mouth’.

Callaway is seen repeatedly hitting the baby in the face.

She is then alleged to have blown smoke from marijuana into the baby’s mother in an attempt to stop her from crying.

The flatmate told police the baby seemed very thirsty after ingesting the drug. Investigators said Callaway confessed to the abuse and also admitted blowing drug smoke into her daughter’s mouth of previous occasions. Her Facebook page contained several references to parties and drugs, but the last posting before the alleged abuse read: ‘I need a babysitter’. A local TV station which ran clips of the abuse was b0mbarded with messages from angry viewers shocked by the footage. Callaway was charged with three counts of child abuse. She was released from jail on a $2,700 bond.

G’s TO GENTS MARKICE KESAN MOORE BREAKS INFANTS DAUGHTER’s ARMS AND LEGS

In this world, we’ve all heard of brutal attacks on a person, vicious beatens against the innocent, even ‘beatdowns’ by multiple assailants but not many compare to this story of a man wanted for allegedly beating his infant daughter to the point of breaking multiple bones in the baby girl’s body.

Markice “Kesan” Moore, a reality TV cast member off MTV’s reality television show “From G’s to Gents” is wanted by police in the alleged crime of this horrific tale of a baby beaten to the point of broken bones.

Moore is accused of breaking both of his 1 year-old infant daughter’s arms, one of her legs, 3 of her ribs, a clavicle or collar bone not to mention multiple bruises all over the infant’s body.

Markice “Kesan” Moore is currently on a most wanted list in Cobb County, Georgia, and according to TMZ, who spoke with the cops, he’s been wanted since Thursday and has apparently told cops that he’s turning himself in. However, police think Kesan is in hiding.

Kesan, who was reportedly a waiter from New Brunswick, New Jersey, was reportedly kicked off the fifth episode of season one of MTV’s reality television show “From G’s to Gents” hosted by Derrick Watkins most known as Diddy’s former assistant Fonzworth Bentley aka Mr. Bentley. The show featured misguided young men willing to change their lives and become gentlemen on camera.

Kesan is also reportedly a hip hop artist and rapper, who was at some point signed with Akon’s Konvict Muzik before being dropped.

WHAT PEOPLE WILL DO FOR MONEY

Shane Sparks is dancing his way right into a courtroom battle.

One of the most influential hip-hop choreographers on Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance, and judge of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew is prepping to fight back against felony child molestation charges brought against him last Friday.

“Shane Sparks is innocent, he knows it and soon the world will know it. We are going to fight this tooth and nail,” Sparks’ attorney Steve Meister tells E! News. Sparks posted bail late Saturday night, and is now solely focused on clearing his name.

Meister explains that the accusations are not only unfounded, but coincide with an all-too-common occurrence in recent Hollywood history.

Not unlike the Travolta family and John Stamos, Meister asserts that the claims being made against Sparks mirror an attempt at extortion.

“It’s a bogus accusation that reeks of opportunism and exploitation. The timing is beyond suspicious, and this whole thing stinks to high heaven,” states Meister. “We are going to fight to clear his name, and we are going to succeed.”

The next step in the Sparks case will be building his defense and proving his innocence, which Meister is confident he will be able to do for his client.

On Friday, Sparks was arrested in Los Angeles on eight counts of felony child molestation for an alleged crime that occurred more than a decade ago. The charges involve one female victim, who has only recently come forward with the accusations. If convicted, Sparks will have to provide fingerprints and a DNA sample for a national database of sex offenders.

In yet another twist to the Pleasure P saga, the mother of the child named in documents that claimed the 24-year-old Grammy-nominated singer had faced child molestation charges is talking. The mother, who calls herself Reese, told blog radio host Isis Wisdom that the allegations of Pleasure P’s childhood past are true. However, she made it a point to say that the former Pretty Ricky member, born Marcus Cooper, has never harmed her son. “Marcus never did anything to my child. He loves my son,” Reese said of the man she was once involved with. “I do not know any A. Goldstein (the lawyer allegedly associated with the Internet leak). I’m not familiar with [that] law firm. I have my documents from Andrew L. Sigel that was handling the case for me.” Reese said the entire incident stems from a background check the Department of Children and Families performed when she was ordered to go to prison for an undisclosed crime. “This particular document here is an order for placement in shelter,” she explained. “And how these papers came about is I was on my way prison and my dad was going to be taking care of my child for me. My father is Joseph Smith (the same person also named on the documents). The next day they came and removed my son from my father’s house. And we didn’t know why. That’s when we found out what [happened] in Marcus’ past. He had a charge dealing with children… a molestation charge, that’s what I was told.” “I love Marcus,” Reese continued. “I don’t want to mess up anyone’s career. When I got out [of jail], I tried to call and speak with Marcus but I didn’t get an answer. The last time I spoke to Marcus was in 2005, when I had to go pick up his son so I could bring him to the house. So I stopped trying. I just feel terrible. I’m not on either side. My son’s name is in it. I just feel terrible. Whoever put the papers on there, they did something with the papers. They altered that paper. STRICT NEW YORK DRIVING LAW

It is now a felony in New York to drive drunk or under the influence of drugs with a child in the vehicle, and will require first-time driving-while-intoxicated (DWI) offenders to install an ignition interlock device in their vehicles.

With a quick sweep of his hand Wednesday, Gov. David A. Paterson signed the Child Passenger Protection Act, known as Leandra’s Law in honor of 11-year-old Leandra Rosado, who was killed in a drunken driving accident in October.

Lenny Rosado, Leandra’s father, stood nearby, holding a picture of his daughter while tears streamed down his face.

“On that night of October 11, I lost my only child,” Rosado said while choking back tears. “As a single parent, she was my heart, my soul and my best friend.”

According to Paterson, Leandra’s Law will set some of the toughest DWI penalties in the nation and will provide law enforcement officials with the tools they need to prosecute DWI offenders.

Under the law, first-time offenders with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more or under the influence of drugs, and with a child age 15 or under in the vehicle, will automatically have their drivers license suspended, will have to install a ignition interlock device in their car and may be charged with a Class E felony punishable up to four years in prison.

Intoxicated drivers who cause serious injury to a child may be charged with a Class C felony punishable up to 15 years in prison, and drunken drivers who cause the death of a child will be charged with a Class B felony that could bring up to 25 years in prison.

In addition to the increased sanctions, parents caught driving impaired with their children will be reported to the Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment.

New York now joins 35 other states that have child endangerment laws imposing tougher DWI sanctions against drivers who put children at risk. New York is also the 13th state to require mandatory interlock ignitions.

On October 11, Leandra Rosado and six of her friends were packed into a car driven by Carmen Huertas, the mother of one of the girls. Huertas was taking the girls to a slumber party.

Authorities later said Huertas was driving drunk and played a guessing game with the girls, asking them to “raise their hands if they thought they would make it home without crashing.”

While speeding up the Henry Hudson Parkway, the car flipped. Leandra Rosado was thrown from the vehicle and died from head and chest injuries. Her six friends and Huertas survived the crash.

Huertas has since been charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and assault, according to the Manhattan district attorney’s office.

Since losing his daughter, Lenny Rosado has turned his grief into action. At the bill-signing ceremony, Rosado said that the day after Leandra died, he made the decision to fight for tougher DWI laws because he didn’t want to see another parent or grandparent lose their child in such a reckless way.

“From here on, those that think it’s OK to drink and drive with children in the car … will pay the price,” Rosado said. “My daughter’s name and Leandra’s Law will save lives from here on. Her legacy will live.”

ATLANTA TEACHER ACCUSED FOR PLANNING TO KILL STUDENT

Randolph Forde, a 10th-grade teacher at Mundy’s Mill High School in Clayton County, is accused of trying to persuade another student to kill a 16-year-old boy.Forde was charged after, officers said, he held up a piece of paper with the alleged victim’s name on it saying he had a hit on him. The student’s mother said her son came home frightened when he found out.

“He says, ‘Ma, you’re not going to believe this but Mr. Forde offered another student money to kill me,’” said mother Marcia Killebrew.

Killebrew told Channel 2 Action News reporter Tom Jones that she was shocked when her 16-year-old son told her his substitute math teacher at Mundy’s Mill High School was trying to hire a hit man to kill him.

“I was extremely upset. I called the school at that moment,” said Killebrew.

Killebrew’s attorney said the incident began when Forde called the student out of the classroom one day.“(Forde) asked him if he was gay,” said attorney Terrance Madden.

Madden said the student became angry at the suggestion and the next day the two had a verbal altercation.

Weeks later, police said, Forde got a Mundy’s Mill student off a school bus and told him he had a hit on someone and needed him to take care of it. Officers said the student asked who it was and Forde said he would let him know.

“The teacher held a piece of paper up with the victim’s name on it,” said Otis Willis III of the Clayton County Police Department.

Forde was arrested and faces making terroristic threats charges. He could lose his job.

His attorney told Jones that Forde was joking and never gave anyone a name.

“How does an authority figure in a school joke with a child?” said Killebrew.

Killebrew’s attorney said the student reported Forde’s questions about his sexuality and the altercation at the time they occurred but Forde remained in the classroom.

“Something should have been done at that time,” said Madden.

Forde’s attorney said the whole incident was blown out of proportion.

MOTHER FACE CHARGES FOR DAUGHTER DISAPPEARANCE

The mother of a missing North Carolina girl has been charged with human trafficking and other offenses, authorities said Saturday night.

Other charges against Antoinette Nicole Davis include felony child abuse, prostitution and filing a false police report, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. No more details were released on the arrest.

The whereabouts of her daughter, 5-year-old Shaniya Davis, remain unknown. Her mother told police Tuesday that she vanished from their mobile home in Fayetteville.

However, hotel surveillance video taken around the same time Shaniya was reported missing shows the girl with a man identified as Mario Andrette McNeill. He has been charged with first-degree kidnapping.

Police dropped kidnapping charges against another man, Clarence Coe, who was arrested Thursday.
